Overview: Seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Hospice Nurse to provide end of life care, ensuring comfort and quality of life for patients
The role requires teamwork, excellent communication with patients and families, and a dedication to celebrating patients' life journeys

Hours: 9am - 7:30pm, AND every other weekend

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients for hospice services

- Inform patients and families about the organization's care options

- Coordinate care plans with physicians and liaise with health professionals

- Market hospice concept through education to professionals and the community

Qualifications:

• Florida licensed R.N., B.S.N
  preferred.
• 1-year medical-surgical experience preferred.
• CHPN Certification desirable.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual and electronic medical record software experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
