Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role requires a blend of expertise in HR practices, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR policies, experience in customer service, and excellent interpersonal skills to support our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage HR policies and practices to support company objectives and employee needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees at all levels, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to employees and company operations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Facilitate difficult conversations, offering support and solutions to resolve workplace issues.
- Develop and conduct HR training sessions on policies, diversity, and professional development.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
- Manage employee records and data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the HR team in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
