A successful person in this role will possess strong organizational skills and have proven ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities in this role:
  • Research via internet and databases for qualified candidates

  • Organize email and telephone correspondence

  • Prepare correspondence screening and prioritizing communication

  • Create strong methods for finding candidates and managing contacts

  • Create well written correspondence and online postings

Must possess the following skills:
  • Master skills in email communication
  • Strong experience in searching databases and online websites
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members on projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proactive, superior organization skills with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
