The Email Marketing Manager is the perfect mix of art and science in their abilities, instincts, and execution. You have a strong fashion sense, technically savvy, and a mind for strategy, implementation, and measurement. You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers and maximizing their lifetime value through email marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer lifecycle and develop Email + SMS marketing strategies to support broader brand growth and retention goals
- Own Email + SMS channel activation strategy, calendar, and execution for all marketing campaign initiatives (i.e. product launches and promos) to deliver on revenue goals
- Manage day-to-day execution of Email + SMS
- Manage Listrak system including planning, scheduling, end-to-end quality checks, and on-time delivery of all communications
- Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, Copy, Coding and CRM leader to develop a clear campaign strategy to develop Email + SMS content to meet goals and timelines
- Drive ongoing optimization through comprehensive A/B testing strategy and segmentation of the database leveraging different analytical models & tools
- Track, monitor and analyze KPIs including developing a weekly reporting process for base metrics and A/B test learnings
- Identify, evaluate, and test new channels to better communicate with existing customers to increase brand loyalty and repeat conversion
- Responsible for managing email channel, increasing list size, and driving efficiency through increased segmentation of customers and increased elements of personalization.
- Build a plan for segmentation, personalization, and targeting in email and other online marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for the growth of the SMS channel. Adding new customers, providing content that is desirable and eventually converting them to buyers
- Managing the company's email campaigns end to end encompassing campaign/channel analytics, operations and optimization.
- Q/A all aspects of emails (copy, links, tracking, UX, etc.) prior to sends.
Enhance the trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales Campaign Reporting &
- Analytics:
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts; Create weekly and monthly reporting with insights and recommendations for optimizations.
- Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
Experience:
- 5 years' experience with Email marketing and CRM systems
- Track record of driving growth and retention with Email marketing across the customer lifecycle with proven the ability to understand, interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Utilize data to evolve strategy and execution to drive incremental revenue.
- Extensive experience crafting Email campaigns, from ideation to execution
- Comfortable scoping opportunities and identifying the biggest opportunities to pursue
- Can easily translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and extremely organized
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is required
- Passion for online shopping trends and ecommerce innovation.
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment and operate with tight timelines.
