We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for a temp to hire position. This position in office Monday through Friday.

Receptionist will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including answering phones, greeting guests and offering them a beverage, handling company inquiries, schedule meetings and conference rooms. Other general data entry/office duties.

Will also be asked to assist in other departments such as mailroom, copy and conference areas as needed.

Primary Responsibilities
• Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
• Route calls to specific people.
• Answer inquiries about company.
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Make coffee and order & set out food for meetings (as needed).
• Ensure reception area and conference room is tidy.
• Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
• Coordinate office activities.
• Handle phone calls from people calling in sick.
• Hand out employee applications.
• Arrange appointments.
• Direct visitors to sign in.
• Send email and faxes.
• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
• Perform basic filing, and clerical duties.
• Take and relay messages.
• Update appointment calendars.
• Schedule follow-up appointments.
• Order and stock office supplies and water for office.
• Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers, and fax.

Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years related office experience.
