Create/Monitor treatment plans.
Maintain charts with reviews for signatures.
Be a team player with the administrative team and clinical staff.
Participates in the development of new policies and is responsible for
implementation of them.
Works with Clinical staff to develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate.

Represents company in community and peer events.
Is familiar with regulation and adheres to accreditation and compliance standards/guidelines.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations.

Conducts department meetings.
Reviews all clinical notes by therapists and adjunct social workers.
Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Social Work or Mental Health
Counseling.
Education: Licensure from the Florida Department of Health (DOH) as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT
Certified Trauma Therapist, Preferred
Experience in working with veterans, preferred.
Experience with holistic modalities, preferred.
Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience in the assessment and/or treatment of adult substance abuse clients. Must have supervisory experience.
Must be comfortable with tele-health therapy. Tele health certification, preferred.
