Are you a skilled leader with a passion for driving digital projects that deliver exceptional user experiences? We’re seeking a Project Leadership Manager to serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, overseeing the design and web development process from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor design and web development teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring alignment on project goals.

- Facilitate discovery sessions with clients and translate insights into actionable plans for the team.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met and addressing scope changes proactively.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of user-focused, responsive websites.
- Implement and refine quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across projects.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize workflows.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, web development, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, design, or web development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and engage with clients effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like WordPress, Figma, and responsive design frameworks.
- Expertise in creating and presenting detailed project proposals and timelines.
- Knowledge of web standards, UX principles, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or higher education is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with UX design, including wireframes, user flows, and usability testing.
