Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Contract Duration: August 4, 2025 ??? September 30, 2025 (possible extension)

Overview:
Looking for an experienced Epic Anesthesia Analyst for a short-term contract opportunity (possible extension).
This role is providing daily build and support for the Epic Anesthesia module.
The consultant will also serve as the primary contact for both the Epic Quarterly Update and Epic Refuel projects during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day Epic Anesthesia build, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Serve as the primary contact for Epic Quarterly Update and Refuel activities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clinical teams to ensure timely support and deliverables

• Participate in any emergent support needs that may require occasional onsite presence

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Anesthesia certification

• Experience supporting Epic Anesthesia in a clinical setting

• Previous Epic Refuel project experience

• Strong understanding of Epic upgrade cycles and quarterly updates

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epic OpTime certification is a plus

Work Environment:

• Remote from anywhere in the U.S.
  

• Standard business hours: Monday ??? Friday, 8:00 AM ??? 5:00 PM CST

• Occasional onsite presence may be required based on emergent needs
