Description

The selected individual will serve as a liaison between, customers, clients, and sales for a prominent electrical distributor company.

Requirements

Requirements for the position include:

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Multitasking skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Comfortable on the phone

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

The duties for the position include:

  • Communicating with customers, vendors in a positive and professional manner
  • Responding to inquiries via email(primarily) and phone
  • Acknowledging and resolving concerns at the first point of contact
  • Maintain and update orders
  • Completing open order reports for customers
  • Conveying customer concerns to the salesperson
  • Working with a team of other specialists and other departments to find appropriate solutions
  • Communicating with vendors and work on expediting material
