Overview
We???re seeking an Epic OpTime and Anesthesia Certified Consultant to support a healthcare organization with day-to-day incident and task management, system maintenance, and Epic refuel support.
This is an urgent need, with an ideal start date as early as next week.
Responsibilities
-
Manage and resolve daily Epic OpTime and Anesthesia tickets and tasks.

Perform routine system maintenance and updates.

Support Epic refuel and optimization activities.

Collaborate with operational and IT teams to ensure seamless functionality and user support.

Provide documentation and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
-
Epic Certifications required: OpTime and Anesthesia (must hold both).

Strong understanding of Epic build, workflows, and best practices.
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Clinical background not required.
