Requirements:
• At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Experience with an online prescription system is a plus
• Knowledge of medication and dosage measurement
• Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and customer support skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
• CPR/BLS certified preferred

Pharmacy Technician
Pharmacy Technician
We are looking for a bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our retail pharmacy team in Reading, PA full-time.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. NO WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, OR OVERNIGHTS REQUIRED.
Pay rate: $18/hr to $20/hr
Responsibilities:
• Process prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is complete and accurate
• Interacting with patients, doctors, and other medical staff personnel
• Communicate and resolve issues with the insurance companies
• Sort, stock, label medication, and monitor inventory
• Undertake administrative tasks (e.g. record-keeping) as assigned
• Comply with all security measures and quality standards
• Keep abreast and stay current with HIPAA and FWA creden tialing
